Participants should register individually. 
It is necessary to complete the registration process for each participant who wants to attend the conference. Only on-line registration is accepted through the WiN27 website,

Participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts on-line,and posters once the abstract acceptance notice has been received. Please register and make the payment as early as possible.


How to register:

Participants should create a personal account prior to registration. Then, login to your account to proceed with registration process and submission of abstract, poster or chapter report, if applicable.

Registration Fees

  • Early registration fee: 350 €  (400 €, after May 15th May 31st)
     * Includes: registration, material, gala dinner, technical visits.

  • Optional Social visit: Cultural Tour to Toledo, Monday 17th: 40 €

    Toledo trip at 70 km from Madrid: To gain an overview of the city. We will walk the city and visit several monuments and historical buildings: the Gothic Cathedral  from XIII century located in Town Hall Square; the old Jewish Quarter with its typical narrow streets; the Church of “Santo Tomé”, which gathers “The Burial of the Count Orgaz”, a masterpiece of “El Greco”; the Synagogue of “Santa María la Blanca”, witnesses of the coexistence of the three Cultures: Christian, Muslim and Jewish; the Monastery of “San Juan de los Reyes”; and the “Victorio Macho“ Museum.
    Toledo is a unique city set in spectacular surroundings with beautiful views of “el Tajo” river. Finally, we will visit a Damascene factory, known as “Toledo art” inherited from the ancient craftsmen. The approximate duration of the trip is 5h, and we will arrive by bus.


  • Optional Social event, Cultural Tours in Madrid, Tuesday 18th

1. El Prado Museum: 45 €
Includes entrance ticket and guided tour inside the Prado Museum, one of the most important paintings, art and sculpture collections in the world. The visit will start at 18:00 in the conference venue. The itinerary will be a selection of the most important pieces of the museum.

2. Touristic walking tour to “Madrid de los Austrias”: 30 €
Guided walking tour where you will discover the famous Madrid of the Austrias. That part of the city had a relevance and flourished thanks to the presence of the Court for almost two centuries that lasted the Habsburg dynasty in Spain. One of the biggest attractions of the downtown area of Madrid is without any doubt this neighborhood. It is not a neighborhood in itself but is defined as a primitive medieval layout initiated by the Habsburg.
The tour will start at 18:00 in the conference venue. The itinerary will be a walking tour around this area.


  • Optional  visit to El Cabril (Córdoba), Friday 21st: 110 €
    The Spanish disposal facility for very low, low and intermediate level radioactive waste. It is located within the municipal area of Hornachuelos (Cordoba). El Cabril is considered by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission as one of world’s best radioactive waste disposal facilities, serving as a model for similar centres in other countries. Facilities are divided into three defined areas: the buildings area, low and intermediate level waste disposal area and low and intermediate level waste disposal area. Meeting time and place will be at Atocha Train Station.

  • Optional cultural tours and optional technical tour (for foreign participants only) can be arranged. Optional tours will be on participants’ own cost. The technical tour will be subject to limited reception capacity, confirmation of the tour will be communicated to the participant via email.
  • For full registered participants:
    a) Full Registration Fee includes: Program Book, access to plenary sessions, conference bag, coffee breaks, luncheons, and gala dinner.
    b) The above registration fee does not include optional cultural tours, which may be purchased online along with the registration fee.
