• Poster sessions will be organized during the conference.
  • Participants are invited to submit an abstract and bring the poster to the conference.
  • Abstracts will be published in the conference book.
 

Preparation of Posters

The poster should be a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. Posters should meet the following criteria:
  • Poster Size
All posters should be in portrait format and size: 1.4 m high and 0.9 m wide.
  • Lettering
The poster should be readable easily at a distance of two meters. For general content, please use UPPER and lower case instead of all-capital to avoid reading difficultly. A mixture of type/font styles are not recommend and left justify text is encouraged.
  • Graphs/Photographs
In order to have satisfied visual effect, the graphs would be better if they are no smaller than 120 mm × 180 mm.
  • Background Pattern of the template is encouraged. 

Display/Presentation of Posters

All posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference. 

Authors are advised to mount their posters as soon as possible upon arrival at the conference to have maximum viewing of posters.
